Representation Services
SSD Experts provides disability advocacy services on a contingency basis. Our representatives are paid only if your claim is approved, and only from your back pay award. Fees are regulated by federal law and capped at the SSA-set maximum. No upfront payment is ever required.
Representation agreements will be provided separately and must be signed before active representation begins. Submission of the online questionnaire does not constitute a representation agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
While we work diligently on behalf of every client, we cannot guarantee approval of any disability claim. SSDI determinations are made solely by the Social Security Administration. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
